From the diary of Antonio Salieri
Vienna, December 12, 1781
Tell me, does it ever end?! Just when I thought I was through with that insufferable mouse, what do I find on my doorstep this morning? A Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart Finger Puppet! Yes, diary, a finger puppet in HIS likeness for heaven's sake! There he was -- red coat, powdered wig, ruffled shirt -- it was almost like I was staring at a 4-inch version of that insipid little man-child. It even bore that "I'm a better composer than you" expression which brings me such fitful nights even still. Oh, I will laugh and pretend I enjoy the joke. But mark my words, someone shall pay.
